I contacted T-Mobile to get insight on how to replace mom’s phone. I had been to several T-Mobile 3rd party sites without assistance due to most locations closed after the hurricane. I went to this location and encountered Saxon and Juan who listened to the extenuating circumstances of my mom being critically ill, but needing her phone.
