You get what you pay for, so don't come there with $30. Bring at least $100 - $150. They charge for parts AND labor. ❤”
“The owner is very reliable. I tried to use other shop to repair my apple watch. They asked me around $150. Yesterday, my wife used this shop to fix her apple watch screen and paid $102. Thus i also used this repair shop today to fix my apple watch screen. Even though it was a bigger screen he asked same money. It took only 3-4hr. They open on Sat. Very satisfacoty for heir service”

“Kenny at CPR Cell Phone Repair on Chimney Rock was amazing. My elderly mother's flip phone broke and she wanted an identical replacement. I was able to find one at Best Buy but had problems transferring the SIM card from the old to new phone. Kenny was able to accomplish this and get the new phone up and running quickly. He did this all at no charge! I certainly appreciated his help, and my mother is very happy. A five star experience for sure. Thank you!”

Short story...I first went to another Verizon to buy a Gizmo watch for my daughter. The sales guys there were like vultures and also gave a sales pitch for this other watch where you also get a phone. But they didn't have the color watch my child wanted so we called and this store had it. But the guy from the original store still wanted me to buy it so he got the sale. I was getting very frustrated and we left to head to this location. I drove one hour, walked in, and wow! Totally different experiences. He had the higher price item that the other store wanted us to get, but after telling him our needs he said that all we needed was the Gizmo watch. Which is what I originally wanted! And saved me money!! Jay was super nice, treated us like family and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. I will for now drive one hour to come here rather than going to the closer locations near me. I didn't get the other gentleman's name working there but he was just as nice.
If you need Verizon help, this is the store to go to!!! By far the nicest people and not wanting to get you to buy things you don't need.
He also helped me set the Gizmo watch up and the app on my phone and taught me how to add contacts.
