Mechanic was not the friendliest. He asked me to see my ID because I wanted to pay with card. He then failed my inspection because my windshield wipers were not “working” (they work). He also charged me $25 upfront before the inspection. Save yourself the trouble and don’t go here.

I do not recommend that you go to inspect the place since the mechanic is racist and he is going to put some detail in your report, then he comes saying that your car did not pass the inspection because of x or y but you can't do anything now because the first thing It does is charge you, if you don't want to have a bitter experience, don't go there to inspect your vehicle.
