I purchased a 2023 Sonata Hybrid Limited this past October. One of the many reasons that attracted me to this was gas mileage and maintenance. I'm averaging roughly 42 miles per gallon. Amazing. Another attraction was changing oil every 7500 miles or 1 year. I brought it in with 6040 miles and shy of 1 year. Genc who soled me the car is amazing as well as my service advisor Anthony who checked me in for my first oil change on Sept 17. New location is magnificent. You can see the car bay servicing area from the waiting room. Can't believe how many cars are being worked on at one time, very impressive. When I tried booking my first appointment online I was getting an error message saying site was down. I tried 3 days in a row and Genc (Sales Rep) made the appointment for me after calling him with no success online. When I first arrived Service advisor Anthony met me right away and checked me in. I told him this was my first time getting the car serviced. He reminded me that I had 4 services that were included. I asked him to make sure once we went inside. Once inside he confirmed that I indeed had 4 but I already had an oil change in March. I pushed back and said that I didn't bring the car in, only in Jan due to an engine error code. Another advisor came over and realized that the system was compromised in March and this would indeed be my first oil change. I'm glad I asked for him to double check. Things that I may want to see for improvement are waiting times. I had an appointment time of 8:45 am and drove in at 8:38 am. My car was not looked at until 10:15. Anthony came and told me they just pulled my car and to be on the lookout for text from the technician for any additional work he finds. I didn't get any text and my car was ready 1 hour and 20 minutes later. Took another 20 minutes to sign and drive away. In total I was there 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. When I pulled up I specifically asked how long it would take and Anthony said about 1 1/2 to hours 2 max. I was looking forward to having a coffee when I waited and to know avail Anthony said the coffee machine was not working. 2 water coolers underneath the counter had bottles of water. No breakfast bars generally seen in this area at other locations. Have to bring my car back for a system computer upgrade. After waiting there for as long as I have, I told him I would bring it back another day. He said that he would text or email me once he knew how long it would take. Haven't heard anything as of yet. He did mentioned about 3 hours, be he honestly didn't know and said he would find out.

Great new facility and work on maintenance. People are caring and doing their due diligence. Looking forward to getting my car taken care of by these individuals.

My had my oil change and tire rotation on our 2023 Hyundai Kona. This was completed in the New Location. It was a breeze getting in and out. The service was done while I waited, which wasn't long. I also received a video of which showed the condition of the filters. The service was topped off with a complimentary car wash. It was an excellent experience.

From the moment I called the dealership Aaron Hernandez was extremely helpful. He treated me like I was family. He listened to me and helped me find just what I was looking for. Aaron intruduce me to Eduardo Aviles who took care of me throughout the whole process, he also was amazing. I recommend you asking for Eduardo or Aaron. You will not regret it. They will treat you with respect, kindness and professionalism. I drove a long distance to come to this dealership and I would do it again to get this top of the class service. Their willingness to make sure I left happy was exceptional. It feels great to know I came to the right place. I will forever be grateful for the remarkable experience they provided.

I love the new location. It is spacious and clean. Kade was great. He was very courteous and listened to my concerns. He gave me recommendations on what services my vehicle needed due to my current mileage. He escorted me to the new waiting room area. I love that the workers greeted the customers in the waiting area with smiles and enthusiasm.I love how Kade sent me a video of my car in real time. Although I had no intentions of getting nothing done but an oil change. Kade convinced me to get at least a coolant flush and the break flush on the next oil change to prevent having to pay a lump sum. Kade also called to let me know me car was ready and escorted to the checkout and to my car. Service was a perfect 10.

Added a star for the finance manager that actually took no for an answer and didn't try to continue pushing add ons I didn't want. Other than that, it's just the typical negative, slimey experience you get from most dealerships. You walk out feeling violated and taken advantage of.
I've been trying to cancel my extended warranty for over a month now. If you call the sales department, you'll immediately get an answer and help. When you call for anything that doesn't involve the potential for them to make money, you get the run around and no calls or emails back.
Dealerships are an unnecessary middleman. Can we please just do away with them? Idk a single person that has ever enjoyed visiting one

Made an online appointment for service and the computer messed up and did not set it. Since we drove all the way out to the dealership the service team worked with us and did the service anyways. We were able to wait and the service was excellent.

My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle and Veronica Muñoz at Northwest Hyundai was incredible at helping us find the right one for our growing family. We were going back and forth on trim levels and colors within the Palisade model and she was patient, knowledgeable, and offered great insight into the different options, always taking into consideration what we were after. Overall a great experience!
