I use to love using them had my monthly pass and all. But, recently I got a new car and was struggling to figure out how to get my car in neutral the person controlling the wash just laughed. Never stopped the wash or anything. Also, I'm handicap and they let anyone use the handicap spot

My car was damaged several months ago, and I'm still dealing with their vehicle claims to arrange for a rental. Nobody answers the phones at the local number, nor vehicle claims department. Emails to vehicle claims have not received a response.

Took my car 10/9 and paid $22 for the platinum wash. The back wasn't cleaned properly. Nor did the tire shine look like it was executed. Big waste of money.

Been coming here since they opened. At first the machines were working great. Car wash was great, vacuums were sucking up dirty very well. Air hoses were working. Now you have many vacuums that aren't working properly. The air hoses are no longer being used. The sewer grates need to be flushed and cleaned. It stinks when you run car thru car wash. You need to better maintenance equipment

I don't know what is happening here but my complaint is not about the staff members. The manager was nice and diligent and he understood that I had received a bad service. He asked me to pass through the tunel for a second car wash. I paid $14 for a medium tire car wash. It is not the ultimate service but the result was far from anything acceptable. Twice.After the first car wash there was dust on top the hood, roof and trunk. No signs/marks of the wipers touching these areas . It was weird and that is the reason I went to see the manager to show him the result. After the second car wash the result was exactly the same. I am assuming the soap is not properly washed and the wipers are not well adjusted because the sides of the car are clean. My car is a sedan. Probably other cars with the same profile are experiencing the same problem.

This was the first time I used this location. I am used to the 3 in the Laporte/ Pasadena area. Those do not have any extras cleaning offered.I was a bit apprehensive this Sunday afternoon with so many cars in line. Then I noticed they have an express line for the no frills members line. I went through it quite quickly. WHEW!From what I can see their number of staff is much, much larger than the locations that I am used to. Will I come back? Yes to see how it is during the week in the middle of the day. There is another car wash much closer but the YELP family doesn't seem to like them. Besides I'm a loyal customer till they really mess up!

The monthly membership is worth it. This location has easy access and though sometimes it can get busy there’s always movement so you don’t have to wait a lot. Enjoy the light snow while you’re there

Well I hate giving bad reviews, I was very excited to have a Mr. Carwash open closer to my house and everything was going great but in the last couple of months, about half the vacuums work and the little air nozzles is out of commission. I known we pay for these amenities but when will they be fixed???Service: Vacuuming

I can see this place has already gone down in quality, half the vacuums don't work, had to drive to four different ones to find one working. Car wash is good. Found out they don't even supply water to their employees during these terribly hot days. Shame on you.

The actually car wash was ok, though a bit expensive for what you get. Other places give more for the same price. But the vacuum situation is BAD. Half of them are missing or don't work. The ones that are there have very poor suction. I had to move my car twice to get vacuums that worked, and then it was so pathetic it ended up being a waste of time.

I specifically left/cancelled my monthly membership with Swisher because of poor maintenance of the property and equipment. I purchased a monthly membership at Mister Car Wash in the hopes that things would be different here. Things started out well but the last several visits have been very disappointing. No pressure at the vacuum hoses or no hoses at all. Have had to hop in and out of my car at least three times this afternoon to find a station that works. All while paying my monthly membership.I’m sorry, but it’s false advertising and just not ok.Please take care of your facility. I don’t want to have to try to find yet another car wash that delivers what they promise and what they ask you to pay for.

This is a delayed review.About two weeks ago on a Saturday, there was a little white stray dog running down the middle of Gessner Dr. My husband and I had our own fur babies in the back of our car when we saw this little doggy. We stopped in the middle of traffic to try to get him out of the street! The team on duty at Mr Car Wash that day was so very AWESOME!! They all jumped into action to help catch this little guy! He was a fast one though and ran to the other side of the street. I just wanted to let everyone know how much we appreciated the effort from them to help this little doggy!I am so sorry to say that in the outcome, he still wound up getting hit by a car. My husband and I were so very impressed with their quick action to help, even though it wasn’t the outcome we hoped for.We wanted to let our community know how awesome this team at Mr Car Wash was and to pass on our sincere encouragement to please provide your continued patronage to this specific team! These folks are so incredibly wonderful! Thank you for your kind hearts!!

I had a great experience at Mister Car Wash today. Very satisfied with the service and equipment. My car is shiny once again. Josh, regional manager, was on site and though he was very busy on this super hot day he took time to great me and make sure everything was satisfactory. Thanks Josh, I appreciate ya. Stay cool.

The staff and managers are very friendly. But the corporate office is beyond incompetent.A large truck ahead of me jumped the tracks while mine continued moving into its tow hitch (couldn't see anything with the rolls on my windshield). Front bumper and collision sensor were cracked and had to be replaced. That SAME day I got a quote for the repair... a month and a half after, I am still battling to get my car back to normal... after countless calls with a minimum of 30 min wait, the bumper was fixed but the new sensor need to be calibrated... here we go again...I suggest that either Mister Car Wash upgrade their units to prevent damages, or they size their claim department to deal with issues. You can't say "unusual volume of counts" every time...
