Single largest disappointment and waste of hard earned money. Paid for the most expensive service and left a 20 percent tip ahead of time. Interior was a mess with wet cleaner and easy to clean smudges, Met with immense attitude when I kindly pointed out the smudges and was told "that's not something that's part of the package". Exterior bug splats untouched.
I then asked him for the rag and proceeded to clean my interior and exterior by hand for 5 mins while he shamelessly glared at me. All the smudges were removed and found parts of the interior that were left completely untouched, with dust as evidence of no "detailing" being done. Absolutely standardless and smug, even if going for a quick wash for 10$ take your money somewhere where they actually want it. Don't be an idiot like me and spend 60$ for someone to sneeze in the direction of the car and call it cleaning.

Pricing for so called platinum package is nothing but a hoax.
Interior cleaning only includes vacuuming and dusting. Nothing else. No carpet or Matt cleaning, no wiping off the seats either. Such a rip off.
Waiting area is a ghost town. No coffee machine or even a cup for water fountain.
Things are going south.

Amazing Amazing location with a superb general manager!
I had an incident with my local mister carwash and he took care of the issue with grace and kindness. Thank you sir I appreciate your kindness and thorough help today! - Edit: While my review is specifically for the general manager, I would probably not go to location due to car not being as cleaned as my local location or opposite MC on the other side of Kirby. I also see tiny scratches.

Man o man, I used to be a reg customer to Mister car wash and just went to the one on Kriby Dr and got the premium and gave a nice tip (up front on the card) as the car needed a good clean up, badly. By the time they called me after a while, I inspected the car and saw it was not only a poor job, but the vacuuming wasn't even complete, nor a proper wipe down of interior (cup holders, dash, etc). The supervisor agreed and wanted to make it right, but sadly I was out of time due to work commitment. Ex-customer

CAUTION:
Literally just drove away from this car wash and started looking around my interior. This was my brand new vehicle’s FIRST EVER car wash and as you can see, there are multiple areas with scratches throughout the piano black interior where they carelessly rubbed a vacuum cleaner tip! The scratches are etched into the finish…
I won’t be returning after this careless damage and I wish I would’ve gone some place that was detail oriented and careful.

I had my car cleaned out a couple days ago. I got the most expensive wash because it was very dirty. They asked me if I wanted my rubber mats washed off, because that’s extra now—on top of the $50 for their platinum wash! So, I got that too.
My car was done in record time because, I think, nothing was cleaned. I complained that the seats were dirty. “Oh, we don’t wipe down the seats anymore” the guy says. Oh great, what did I just pay for? I asked if they still wiped down the door jams. They were all untouched. “Uh, yea, we still do that,” the guy says. What about vacuuming? Do you still do that? Look at all the dirt and dog hair! So I asked to talk to the manager. He offered to re-vacuum it. So, they did. After all the pointing out of what was wrong and complaining I did it was really not acceptable for the $50 plus mats i bought.
Mister Car Wash! You better straighten out your business model because I’m going to be looking elsewhere!

Don’t come here, very awful job. There was stains everywhere on the car and when I asked the guy to wipe down the car he stated the car is gonna drip mam what do you want me to do.
Very bad customer service. When I called another employee over to see if they could help he stated those mosquitoes won’t come off the car.
I then politely asked for a towel and then showed him my self that once you lightly wipe it will come off.
Very disappointed.

It is a great place for full service! The problem is they have less and less that offer full service, inside and outside cleaning. I signed up because of them cleaning the interior and the exterior. Without that service it's just like any automatic car wash!

VERY disappointed when I came to get my car washed with the titanium package only to be told that they DO NOT ACCEPT CASH!! I understand cash is a dying payment type but that is truly unbelievable. I ended up going across the street to the self car wash where they had a machine that… ACCEPTED CASH. I will come back when the owners start accepting cash. I promise I’m not the first and only customer you have lost due to this policy

Picked The basic car wash. But the guy wouldn’t take that for an answer. He kept trying to pressure me into getting a bigger better wash. I told him no I wanted the basic and then he started arguing with me. Way too much product pressure then he told me that it was a dollar for each mat to be washed. So I opted for the two mats to be washed. However, only one of them was washed and left dripping wet in my car not even dried off off nothing. So disappointed.
