They are not free!!! So if you don’t pay for a wash pls be considerate of the paying customers. We want to use the vacuums also. The employees there don’t need to come tell you the vacuums aren’t free, there’s signs everywhere that say so. Or if you are using them without paying for a wash, then vacuum out fast and go! Don’t go in there making a mess and vacuuming out glass also and paper towels and god knows what else. I had to sit there and wait for someone to finish vacuuming out there car that didn’t even pay for a wash. Smh

The person directing the car on the track had a terrible attitude. Also at this pricepoint they should hand dry the vehicles.

These people knew Damn well they didn’t have soap and still proceeded to charge me without letting me know! Not only that but they never answer their phone! Horrible business lazy people. And they steal your money. I would not recommend coming here save your money and go to a better honest car wash.

They need to upgrade everything. When I visit quick quack car wash & than I come here makes me not want to come back. I rather drive an extra 10 minutes to have towels to dry the car with & have multiple vacuum head to get into tight spaces

Mister car wash on Dulles is the EXCELLENT! VERY MUCH satisfied with the customer service, especially Khalisha she makes customers love this location.

Awesome car wash place, best vacuums and wash in the area. The manager Alberto goes out of his way for the upmost customer experience. I guess one of their workers was having a bad day but she went out of her way to yell at me for throwing a handful of dried leaves on the ground. Alberto came over and promptly reassured me that it's no problem at all and even apologized for his workers behavior. Dude is absolutely comitted to customer service, he's a guy who takes pride in his work!
