Love it! This location is especially friendly! They wave like crazy when you arrive lol. It is very effective and gentle Carwash. Vacuums are great as well and very clean!

The employees are super nice and that's why I hate to give such a bad review. The last few times I have been they haven't even tried the back window off on my truck you would think for almost $40 a month that at least they could dry off my back window.

The workers are awesome the best all of them, it's just the car wash it self it's horrible it don't dry your car like it supposed to, your tires don't come out shine at all. I recommend the one a bit further down...

What’s the point of paying for a car wash membership if you have to be turned away and wash it yourself at home. Saw a good review that the workers help you take mud off your car if you need before going in, just got turned away because there was some mud on the truck, the person telling us to go had a snarky look on their face as well, atleast try and seem nice. What car wash can’t wash some mud off? It’s not like the whole truck was coated

It's OK. New facility. Still left a lot of missed spots on my car. The "wash shine" was gone the next day. Their competitors "wash shine" last for over a week.

Got their most expensive wash, and it left my car so spotty, you can tell they don’t use enough water to rinse the soap off. You can’t vacuum your own vehicle there, so they sent me to the one down the street to their other location to use those vacuums. THEIR VACUUMS WERE TERRIBLE. The vacuum didn’t pick up any dirt.Services: Polishing

The staff is really nice and explains what it's been done to your vehicle. They give reminder sticker for the next service. Free car wash with oil change.

This car wash used to be a great place to get my car cleaned, but this location has clearly deteriorated. I opted to pay for the most expensive wash package to make sure car was exceptionally clean. The place was empty as the day was overcast annd I mistakenly assumed the staff would have the time to do a decent job without being rushed…wow was I wrong!My car was returned with dirt on the exterior bumpers, door frames and door jambs and with the interior still having coffee stains on the consoles and dirt on the carpet. I pointed out these items to the attendant to which he just stared at me and responded the car was ready.I drove back to the sales rep to show them the quality of the job completed and inquired about the interior to which the sales rep responded, “we do the absolute minimal work on the interior dash and consoles. You were actually paying for the exterior wash only“ (@ $40?!) Ok, so they don’t clean the interior (?). So I pointed out the dirty exterior to which she responded, “your can run your car thru the wash again if you feel the car isn’t clean…”Horrible experience. If I could give zero stars, this would be the place that has earned it!Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Windshield brush needs cleaning??Update: bad hard water spots at 3 locations I have gone to so far. Please add hard water filters to all locations and or get better spot free rinse?Also Perry rd location right side brushes don't brush the car much at all, have advised employee about issue so will see what happens.

The staff here are super friendly, always laughing. They make you feel like family. My driver’s side Bumper had a minor damage, Kristy taped it up for me, I think that was the most thoughtful thing. A+++
