I have a membership but was told I'd still have to pay to vacuum my truck. What do I have the membership for?

I took my car in for interior/exterior top package. I asked if they had shampoo they said no. I said ok I need the one that provides the deepest clean.
The service was fast, maybe too fast. The windshield and windows was streaky. My mats, plastic and washable, very dirty, the back hardly touched.
I spoke with Christian and he resolved all of my issues. To wash the plastic mats it’s 2$ extra, I would have paid for it up front.

I am totally upset, I took my vehicle to be washed and they charged me almost $50 and they didn't even clean the wheels on the car. I felt cheated.

It is normally better than today .. it felt like they were short staffed but they did a decent job .. pay for the base plus wash and didn't receive the fragrance I chose or the tire shine that normally comes with it.. was disappointed because I come here once every two months to refresh my jeep but was left hanging.

Well the serice was $46, and tipped the stuff $20 extra at chech in. Big mistake, you should tip at the end always depending on the service. My SUV was 60% clean. They missed many visible spots.

100% recommended, your car is always clean, you pay per month and you go as many times as you need, paying 19.00 dls per month only for exterior washing but they have a free vacuum cleaner service doing it yourself, there are locations that will clean the interior for an additional cost.

Horrible place, over price and staff is extremely rude and have no clue on how to clean interior of vehicle. Paid for top of the Titanium Interior cleaning. Do not bring your ride here. Total not worth the price or hassle.

this was my second time going, the first time wasn’t to satisfied either but i thought it was cause i got the $30 one but this time i got the $46 plan for wax and everything. it was spots everywhere and where they wiped with the towels it was smudged. my outside car wasn’t clean and i told him and he just wiped over it. they didn’t put no tire shine no smell good spray.
