Very bad service from this laundry, for one to pay membership if you have goods to wash the car and the vacuum cleaners do not work at 12:30 on 07/27/24 and the workers do not give you an answer, it is a complete lack of respect.

Went to a different location - 6107 Hillcroft St, Houston, TX 77081 @ 445pm today, Not too bad, blowers worked a little better than 2 of the previous locations. Customer Service provided with a smile, kudos to the young lady operator directing the cars in to be washed?.

Hey car owners be aware At this location.... the machines cuseing causing damage and scratches to your car and it happend to me and one of the machine damaged wheels and when they manager saw it by herself and told me to that she put claim report and after one week she refused to pay for my damage and she told me that your wheels are custom wheels and they are not responsible for it what rubish is that and she was so rude to me when i ask question about my claim

Here they treated me badly, I have been with mister car wash for about a year and don't come here, they treat you badly, especially a mird@## lady who is there. She is a fat woman who insulted me and told me that she couldn't help me...... Because since I sold my car and the sticker they put on went away and she told me no and in the end when I raised my voice at her because I got angry I He said like this ((okay then give me your last card number))) was that difficult for you from the beginning?
They pay them if they don't like what they do, don't work and the owners here should take a closer look at the people they have there. Also, the machines sometimes hit the cars. This place is not recommended, go to another mister car wash. people and don't give up on that old hpt
