Bad customer service with an attitude. This place has slowly fallen apart with its bad customer service and lazy workers. The only good plus that this location has is its convenient location and the fact that the services are all by owner or handled by a machine. Fully automate this location and fire the lazy workers. It'll be a better place without them.

Got a 10 dollar car wash and they signed me up for a subscription w/o my permission. Took $40 out of my account and my bank had to cancel my debit card due to fraud.

Vacuums are super strong. Car wash machine does a great job. Detail blower is a nice bonus. Monthly membership is worth it.

This is not location specific ? If you have the titanium package you shouldn’t have to pay for nothing extra at full service locations so yeah that’s my experience I have the titanium pkg and I have to pay extra for interior make it make sense and if you just go through they don’t dry it either this location is off Holcombe in Houston Tx in the Med Ctr.

My wife and I have been a Platinum members for many years… Taking all into consideration, I do not mind the recent $5 increase for an interior cleaning, although that is a 50% increase from $10 bucks.. I would pay a little more for your original member service of wiping a little dry at the end of a wash service .. the dryers just aren’t powerful enough and I see a lot of drivers like me pull off to a side street to quickly wipe excess water off there cares - sometimes we don’t have the time for an interior cleaning and wipe down … would give 5 star rating if that service was brought back .. which was the original reason why I left Carisma Car Wash and went to Mister Car Wash

I came in for a single wash and ended up joining their Unlimited Wash Club! The site is very clean and Anthony was very helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know!

The worst mister car in Huston (Holcombe location). After the wash there was a smear of sticky residue all over my car. The guy told me it was oil that I ran somewhere before coming to them. I took the my car to the detail shop and paid $40 for them to clean it. they told it was a pink residue that came from a car wash. Mister car wash on holcombe didn’t apologize and claimed that they don’t used anything pink in there…. The soap is pink!!!!! At least apologize and check your machines. Done with this location
