Great service! Very easy to book the appointment through the website, to check in at arrival, and to get my shot. I would definitely recommend choosing Minute Clinic at CVS for any type of shots.. flu shot, covid shot, RSV, etc. I have not used this clinic for actual diagnosis

Would not recommend this clinic. I had an appointment set for 2:10. I arrived 15 minutes early and the nurse pulled in 2 people that were not checked in/had an appointment before pulling in people with appointments on the check in screen. I ended up waiting for over half an hour. Very unprofessional and no consideration for people who have made appointments

This is easy and convenient, I scheduled the appointment that day and went in within a couple of hours after work. I had to wait about 30 minutes which was the worst part. The practitioner was nice and super helpful!

The nurse practitioner I saw has a serious listening and ego problem! I’ve had a fever and sore throat for 4 days, and when I saw my doctor virtually last night, he suggested that I go to the MinuteClinic the next day to get a strep test because that’s what my symptoms sounded like (and his office was closed on the weekends). So I made the appointment for the following day for a “Sore & Strep Throat Treatment.”While making it, the system asked if I’d also like to get my vaccines, and I said yes to both Covid-19 and the flu vaccines. I get there 10 minutes early for my appointment today, and I am sitting in the lobby for 1 hr and 15 min before they call me back. I ask the nurse practitioner if she can double check if my insurance covers the vaccines before I get them, and she does. Then I ask her about doing the strep test and she says that on her side the system only shows that I’m getting the vaccines. I show her my appointment confirmation (see photo), and she says she doesn’t see that and that I only have 10 minutes for this appointment, so she can reschedule me for the 2nd part. I asked more clarifying questions, like if we can do the vaccines later and do the strep test now, and she answered them very impatiently and condescendingly (she literally said “this is a real doctor’s office” when I told her how I had seen my doctor virtually and he’s the one who suggested I go to the MinuteClinic). Anyway, so then I agree, let’s just do the vaccines for now and reschedule the 2nd part for later. She asked “does today work for you to get rescheduled?” And considering that my appointment was already running almost 1.5 hours behind and that another lady in the lobby had been waiting 3 hours for her son to be seen, I replied “do you guys have time today?” She then immediately hands me back my insurance card and ID and sends me back to the lobby. After a few minutes she comes back out and tells me she can put me down on the walk in list at the pharmacy for my vaccines (even though I have an appointment) and says that the doctor will not be seeing me for my other appointment. I asked her why and she said that it was because of my “attitude,”to which I tried to explain that I didn’t have an attitude and I was genuinely just trying to see if they had any availability today because I am not feeling well at all and would love to get to the bottom of that as soon as possible. Then she asked me to leave and said she would be waiting in the lobby to watch me and make sure that I left. So now here I am with no diagnosis, no strep test, no vaccines. I’m just shocked because I’ve never had a single bad experience from any health care provider in my whole life. I didn’t cause a scene or anything and she was tone policing me for my natural voice, when mind you she doesn’t even know me. Absolutely disappointing experience that I will never forget. You should be ashamed of yourself if you work in healthcare and treat people this way, especially when they tell you they aren’t feeling well and they’re turning to you for help.

Absolutely terrible experience. Nurse practitioner couldn’t get machines to work to get my oxygen and blood pressure. Then machines to process my COVId and strep tests were acting up. I waited for almost an hour after seeing the nurse practitioner to see the doctor. Once I got in to see the doctor she asked if I had already seen the practitioner because my results had not been entered into the system. She then tells me in a confused tone that my results were negative. I go to my regular doctor the next day and it turns out I did have strep and at that point had puss pockets on my tonsils and had become even more sick. Had they not mis diagnosed me at Minute Clinic I could’ve beat the strep by taking antibiotics. I will never ever go there again nor do I recommend it to anyone.

I went online to schedule an appointment at CVS minute clinic on Eldridge and N Memorial Dr. The only appointment was at 6:15 I knew I wouldn’t make it in time so I continued to use the check in. When I arrived there was one patient ahead of me. I continue to check in and receive a text that said thank you for checking in. The dr finally came out the room and asked if I checked in. I said yes and stated she didn’t see me in the system. She told me to wait because if the other patient that have appointments arrive they will be seen first. Mind you the last open appointment was at 6:15. It was now 6:30. I waited about 20 minutes when the nurse finishes with her patient calls me in. Again she looks in the system but still doesn’t see my name. I show her the text, she states that weird I can’t find your name. She walks away it to talk with Dr comes back and ask me what was I being treated for I told her. She tells me the Dr is in a meeting and I will need to wait. I was so angry that I told her just forget it. I don’t understand why they have walk in and I received the text and they wouldn’t see me. The reason I went here was because this is who my insurance company uses. I will never use CVS minute clinic again especially this location. I ended up going to urgent care who took me in as soon as I walked in. It’s the same process appointment online or walk in. I would give this CVS minute clinic or should I say staff dumbs down.

Easy to book appointments online. Came here multiple times when not feeling well. Wait time from appointment time can be 5-10min, not terrible. All nurse practitioners are very thorough and provides diagnoses in timely manner. Wait time can be longer during flu season. You can refill prescription there in CVS which take 10-15min. Would recommend if unable to get in with PcP

The people here are really friendly and are quick and efficient as long as you have an appointment. Had no problems getting my bioscreen completed and getting on with my day. Recommended if you need a quick medical check.

I have been to this Minute Clinic a few times but I really wanted to highlight my last visit with Laura Diaz. She took care during my visit, providing a safe space & being thorough to know what to prescribe me for my pneumonia. What really caught me off guard was when she called me a few days later to check how I was feeling & then again the day after to ensure I had followed up with a referral. On top of being very professional, she was kind. Something that I feel is lacking in health professionals these days. She showed small gestures can make an impact. Overall very pleased with my visit.

Dr Laura was absolutely amazing . My best experience at a minute clinic thus far. She greeted me , she helped me sign in, and she listened to my problems and offered the best solution. I enjoyed my experience here and wish she could be my primary doctor.

Do not go to this clinic! My daughter went this evening for what she thought may be a staph infection & was seen by a nurse practitioner who talked with her, told her she could not treat her & gave her a resource for another clinic. She charged my daughter $139 for this! I called to complain & the nurse practitioner backed up the charge & told me “sometimes this happens.”

Lack of knowledge, the nurse practitioners and physician assistants here have absolute no knowledge of what they are doing, save yourself
