So not impressed at all!!!! Good luck if you place an order online to getting a response of when your item will ship. I placed my order on the 13th of August and it’s the 18th of August. I am contacting my bank tomorrow. I have e-mailed this boutique multiple times and have not got any response. It’s a joke!

I ordered a sweater for my wife online. It was a small but is a really big small. I emailed within the first 20 days to see if I could maybe exchange for an extra small. Never got a reply. Then tried two more emails and 3 phone calls and nothing. They is no way to leave a voice mail. I gave 2 months time to wait for a reply. I understand it is a small shop but that makes customer service even more important I think. Maybe there isn’t an extra small but at least a timely reply would have been nice. Maybe this review will get to them. I would change it to a 5 star if they reply and can hopefully help. It still has tags and has not been worn.

Such a cute boutique! Courtney was able to help me find so many cute things and gifts! They have clothes, accessories and gifts for all ages! Locally owned! Will definitely be back
