Had some coolant leaking and took it in. After it was fixed I noticed it was still leaking. Took my truck in again and Ron looked at it immediately and found a second problem and fixed that the same day. Didn’t even charge me labor for the second appointment. Will be going back if I have any other problems

Ron and his team are amazing! I worked with Ron to fix a car of someone else I hit. He made the process so easy for me to pay him directly and made the person feel really comfortable to leave her car in his care. Car was fixed like new within 48 hours. I previously got a quote from another body shop in the area which was double what Ron quoted me. There were no surprises at the end and I ended up paying the amount quoted. Stand-up guy with amazing service! Highly recommend!!

Ron and his team at midtown are second to none. By far the best customer service, quality work, consistent communication and efficiency of any repair shop I’ve been to. I have zero hesitation to take my truck here for all things car related. I hesitate to take my truck anywhere worried that I’ll be ripped off or provided with subpar maintenance and repairs. O.M.G !!! RON HARVEY I LOVE YOU!!! Thank you Ron and your staff for fixing my car... IT IS PERFECT!!! I am so picky when it comes to color matching but you guys did an EXCELLENT JOB!!! My paint matches perfect to my car.... i had bad experiences in the past with color matching on my car, sooo bad you can tell it was two different colors... BUT, Ron and his staff was AMAZING!!! I have gone to Ron and Midtown for years. For a variety of reasons my repairs have been minimal for the last seven years. I dropped my car off for a glitch in my backseat middle seatbelt. I didn't know what to expect but a $32.50 bill was even below my hopes. Ron is fair, honest and delivers the car on time. Knowing you are getting a fair price for good work is invaluable.

Ron helped fix a side mirror on a Bmw, when Bmw claimed they had to replace the mirror. Ron was fast, efficient, friendly and reasonable . Have used Midtown Auto Care before and will use again. Thanks for great service !
