The founder, Bill Gates would be proud that his company is off Town and Country. The picture attached is taken from one his greatest creations...I am very proud of him and the legacy he has left on this Earth. Absolutely horrible customer service. I was hung up on 3 times today and then referred to a Microsoft help page where I am required to pay via credit card to receive any online help.
