I was impressed of how empty and disorganized this place was. I loved coming here, but there are tons of empty shelves, almost no one available to help, and some even with attitude.

Michaels @ FM1960 & 249: Still plenty of Christmas inventory for the day after the holiday. 60% off with some items @ 30%. Not busy. Clean as always but a bit of a jumble in the holiday areas.

Worst experience ever. Went in to buy a press. After being unable to locate a pay slip on the display I was able to locate the item in stock on the shelf. Informed the member that there weren't any pay slips available but could she please pull out from the shelf. Rep went to pull the item stops, then came back to say that I needed to pay first. I informed the store rep again that there were no more pay slips on the display. Manager finally comes to pull the press but drops an additional box at the reguster and states the item was free with the press. They finally get the press to the register and the cashier now says the additional item is not free after consulting the same manager. Now I need an explanation on what changed . The manager finally comes to the front after the cashier informs him multiple times that I simply wanted an explanation since the "free" item was brought to the front by a "manager" was no longer free. I will never go to this location again. Everyone apologized but the manager. I was there way longer than I needed to be if common sense was used.

It's my daughter's homecoming, so we went in search of adorning her masquerade mask with a simple gold jewel. Couldn't find anything at all. Asked an associate, and they veered us back to the spot we originally were at. We had to purchase a glue gun, and it took 20 minutes of waiting in line to purchase that and I would have left but was too exhausted and irritated to go anywhere else. I told my daughter we won't be going back there ever again.

I placed an order at 8:00am same day. I called at 10:00am… was told it takes two hours for online orders. I wanted to go early due to the high heat index. So I waited until 1:00pm… I called back and was told it was ready. When I picked the order and there was a huge whole in the bottom of the black bag. So, I took the whole little white bin to the cashier. How come she looked at me crazy when I asked for another bag. I told her I’m looking at two ends, how am I to carry my stuff out of here. That’s when she asked me: do you want me to put the whole bag with your items in it into this bigger bag. I said yeah! How else am I to carry my stuff? At this point… I am done shopping online and shopping at the Commons at WillowBrook store. I know it’s just a bag BUT dang the employees of today needs to value the jobs more better. And if it’s a company thing: then they for sure need to value both their workers and customers better than the small treatment I got today.

It's Friday afternoon; the wife is working on a cake for a friend's 14 year old's birthday on Saturday. While I'm driving home from work, my wife asks me to stop at Michael's to grab some white satin ice fondant. OK, but what the hell is satin fondant? I don't know, but I go there anyway and eventually find it. "Satin Ice fondant, white" is what the container says. Perfect. I found it....It's Friday evening; the wife opens the fondant, and it is green. Is that normal? I don't know, but based upon her reaction, it seems like white Satin Ice fondant is not supposed to be green....It's Friday evening, but late; no other store has that brand of fondant in stock. I am tasked with finding it. Michael's is closed. I am screwed. Thank you, Michael's. Why did you sell me green stuff and tell me it was white? My wife is mad at me....Now I have to go back to get a refund. This is stupid.

This store is terrible. I have had several pictures custom framed with great prices, Jessica is wonderful but today there was a young guy there that not only had no idea what he was doing but he looked like he hadn’t washed his hair in days. They had signs up everywhere that some of the frames for custom framing were 70% off! I took an expensive oil painting on canals in to get framed and picked a simple frame and basic glass, the guy says it would be over 500.00 lol but with a package deal it’s only 189.00 with tax. He showed me some crazy break down of prices taken off the transaction which made no sense at all because none of them applied to what I wanted. The manager refused to honor the signs everywhere that the frame I picked out from the 70% off section was, on top of that they tried talking me into opening a Michaels credit card to get 20% off . Everyone was rude and unpleasant! There was a line of people complaining about the same thing, not honoring the sales displayed as well as some customer brought her picture in that was framed wrong and looked terrible! RUN FROM THIS LOCATION ! Unprofessional and horrible customer service. Picture below and there were 70% off signs in red all by the customs frames that were on sale! I would give 0 Stars if I could.

I absolutely love this store! The employees are very helpful and courteous!
