DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGED HERE. They put the WRONG oil in my car. As per the manufacturer's requirement: The 2009 Ford Escape with 4 cylinder engine requires 5 quarts 5W-20 oil. As per my receipt: they put 4 1/2 quarts 5W-30 oil. How has this place gotten such good reviews?

I have been taking my cars to Michael's Shell for many years now. Mike is very kind and tries to accommodate you the best he can. There's a bit of a wait sometimes, but Mike is honest and the wait is worth it.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic! Took my money and never fixed the issues, made me bring the car back three different times and then told me it’s the transmission that’s causing the problem and refused to refund me. Wasted my time, took my money and now my car is running worse than it was before!

Michael & his staff are honest, reliable, efficient, reasonable, and they take great pride in their work! Highly recommend if you need your vehicle worked on bring it to Michael's Shell on Westheimer Rd (next door to Schlotzsky's).

this review is for the repair shop, there are others below on a gas station.Michael's Shell get all my business and have for years. Michael is honest and has great prices.it's a perfect place for repairs, inspections, and tune-up. I consider Michael a friend after all these years and have sent plenty of friends to his shop.

Been bringing my cars to Mike's for over 10 years now.His guys fixed up an old beater of mine back in the day.Nowadays I just roll in for oil changes and inspections, but I haven't had a broke down car in a long time.Mike is super friendly and dedicated to excellence in maintaining your vehicles.Be aware that the shop can get very busy, and as such you may have some extended wait times. It can also be difficult for them to stay on top of phone calls because of the sheer volume that Mike receives.Never the less, I have never had any issues with any of the work done on any of the vehicles I have brought here.
