Improved layout makes the store seem smaller but is more organized and visually appealing.

Employees have no idea what they are doing or about anything really. Called up to makes sure they specifically had what I was looking for before I headed there just to be told by the stupid cashier as soon as I walked in that they don't have what I specifically called and asked them to make sure they had... morons
