Waited 2 weeks to get my vehicle in and they tried to foot me with 1/2 of the bill. Apparently Tesla labor rates are twice as high as insurance will cover and the customer is left with the difference. This has been a huge inconvenience.Service: Body & Trim

This is my second time using MCS -- The first time 5 stars, second time 4 stars -- that gives us 4.5 stars.Unfortunately, yelp only works with whole numbers. Could you round it up to 5 stars? Sure, but I choose to round down. They do great work, at a reasonable price. Got a few veterans working there, gotta love that!

My sensor became misaligned and was beeping constantly. I took it to Alex at Metropolitan Collision Services. It was repaired in under an hour, and the price was very, very reasonable. I have used MCS before with another car and they did a great job then as well. I would highly recommend them.
