They tried to sell me a used phone at a new price!! I turned on the phone and there was a esim on there, the girl rep deleted it from the phone. I go to the messages and there are messages from 3 weeks ago stored!!! Dont buy the moto 5g!!!!!!

when to this location but the Indian guy he's very rude don't know how talk to costumer.very disappointed the way he treated me.i hope his boss look at this review.and punish this guy.metro it's loosing me as a costumer.sombody need to teach this guy how run this business he gets pay code we the costumers.sign his check.time to remove this guy and hire positive service and smile.
