I bought a phone at 250 on March 19 and it was suddenly ruined several days ago and yesterday I went to make a claim for the 30 Day guarantee that the company supposedly gives but the woman who works here simply did not want to enforce the guarantee. They blatantly stole from this place... I recommend you not go to this place.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I was here to buy the new iPhone se and the "head manager" she was being rude. She wasn't trying to sell me the phone, she didn't when offer me the deal they had going on and didn't what to help keep my old phone number. She even took a pic of my Id and my car and told me she sending it to the other metro pcs so they don't sell me a phone.
