I want to go give me a phone charger and a sales person. Got it for me and it was the wrong one. And I went back that night 10 minutes to 8pm to get a refund. And he said he could not do it because he had to leave at 8 PM to come back the next day. I went back to day and they would not give me a refund. But I did get the write charger ,I will never do business with these people again?

Very bad, this afternoon I went and asked the young people who were there (2) that I wanted to add a new line to my account... Anyway, the point that I clarified that it was only a doubt but that there were 2 people in the store, one was pasting a stiker on the front wall, the other only saw it and they did not attend to me since they told me they were busy and I gave them 5 minutes
I stayed waiting and chose to leave.

Max gave me a amazing price on my new phone. He is the best when it comes to customer service and technical support. He was helping me throughout the phone changing process. I understand the merge, but they could have warned us about about all the changes.
I just bought this phone in July, I lost my debit card 2 days ago and this phone doesn't have Google pay abilities. Mind you, the camera is super trash !!!! I paid more for this phone than I've ever paid for any phone. Very disappointed ?

I had problems with my LG K51 speaker for days. I came to the location on 6438 West Little York Rd and Max was very helpful in helping me get my phone up and running. He explained how this issue occurred and how it would be resolved next time. The employee that sold me the phone was not there that day and I was really frustrated. Max apologized and was very sweet and kind to help me get rid of my frustration also. I highly recommend Max when going to that location. He is the best Metro employee I have came across since my account has been opened. He should be fairly compensated for the work he does. My visit amazing with the knowledge and quickness he served me with.Thanks again Max!!

Great Experience visiting at this store, Max is a great guy he assist me with my needs on starting my cellphone service again with Metro... he recommend me a great plan that has the internet I use...
