I called for the solar eclipse glasses on 4/4/23. “Manager” on the phone said they can only give them away on Tuesdays. The eclipse is on 4/8/24. It is pointless for them to give them out on Tuesday if the eclipse is over. They need better training. I worked for Metro 7 years and I know that’s not true.

If you are in need of a good deal on phones, come to this location, the people are very friendly, but what I liked most was the service that the girl Jenny gave us, she was very informative on all the phones, and she recommended me something that I liked and agree with me, and it is not the first time I have bought from her, this girl has patience that many do not have, come here and ask for Jenny!!!!!!!

I have been with Metro PCs for ten years, and I am always satisfied with the service because the monthly charges are cheap, plus the representatives on Jones Road are very nice and very helpful to me. I highly recommend Metro by T-Mobile.
