Honestly this was the most pleasant experience I've encountered dealing with any individual that services the public. The young lady who assisted me was named Laiba. Laiba was so very helpful attentive curious respectful and professional. The way she conducts herself insists, she is more concerned with getting the customer what they want in opposed to making a sell and rushing them out of the store. I give the location 5 stars for having someone like Laiba there and Laiba 5 stars of her own. Thanks again.

Mohammad was very educated on his job today....he helped me get a phone and also help me set up services to get a discount on my bill through the ACP program....Very nice and understanding

Not real happy with metro especially the location I just left. The girl wasn’t helpful at all pretty darn rude with her little attitude if you ask me. And I did not get refunded of a phone that in totally dislike and the internet is terribly bad
