Wow, I must say after all the years, that I have been a customer with Metro PCs, and walking in many different ones, I can honestly say, this has been the worst one ever. Went in for an upgrade and monies were spent. Realize after I really didn't need to make that decision when I did....call the store, hoping that I could get what I wanted done, just until a couple days. The Manager(Wendy) there, was sooo rude and really made me feel like she wasn't worry about me as a customer, instead I felt like she was worrying about the numbers... Yeah it's understood that all companies have the standard policies, and procedures put into place. But if something is express deeply within the store, the store would be able to overlook that and make sure that a paying customer is happy.... I left out feeling like commissions and the numbers were more important than what I was was hoping for......then I was pretty much stereo type, because of my increase of my firm voice, of course threaten by the words, "I'm gonna call the police", and "the police are coming', then A refusal of given me the owner info. Then calling back, just to be hung up in the face... Yeah It sad that Wendy, didn't see the importance of the situation at hand... And would say I'll drive across town before I step back in that rude environment again.

Worst Customer service I went In for a Simple Issue, According to the sales associate I need A Whole New Device .... do not Enjoyed Being Scammed Out of my money, Guys If you Shop Here Make Sure to Ask For receipt since They Tend to up charge you so the salesman can keep the rest of the money.beware of the crooks!
