Customer service is bad.
My dad went to activate his old device cuz he broke his new phone.
The girl that was working this morning. Basically told him to get lost cuz she didn’t have time for him to call c/s.
He called c/s they told him to go to the store and when he went back the same girl told him to get out that she doesn’t have time to help him
My father switch to another complain because bad customer service.

Very rude lady manager. Did not want to return my money back even that it was a personal installation mistake instead offering $20 credit back. Unreal that a manager in this store cannot provide a resolution on a $20 matter.
Very disappointed of this customer service and high prices on accessories. Do not change your provider for MetroPcs “ poor service”.

After receiving offers every week from metro pcs to upgrade my phone, i went to this location and purchased a new Galaxy A14, but i had to return it next day because it was not charging well and maintaining the battery charge for long. I asked them to switch it with an i phone. I selected different i phones because they did not have any 15, or 14 in and finally i agreed to take any i phone they have at store, witch was an i phone 11. Then the guy at counter said since we sold you the phone upgrade reduced price, we are going to return the phone fee only, but not the sales tax and the activation charge. I had no choice but to take it. Again he changed his words and said unfortunately we can not take it back according to our policy because its an updated reduced price sell, and the only thing i can do is to buy it back as used phone. Consider that its not even 24 hours and they buy it back as used. This is ripoff. And i checked on line the sales price of that phone anywhere els was much less than what they call reduced price. So i left the store to file a claim at municipal court. Because this is not a consumer protection matter. This is ripping off people. Well, I advise you trying the minimum standard for now, since you are far away from it.

Good costumer services. Excellent location close to restaurants, markets such as the food town, La Michoacana, a 99cents, mechanical workshops and La Clinica Hispana La Familia de Briar Forest and Wilcrest where they serve you even if you do not have health insurance, you do not need to schedule appointments either. I visited them a few months ago and the treatment and the medicines they sent me were excellent.

The guy at the counter was very very sketchy and made me feel cause I was black I couldn't get an iphone 11 and I was switching from boost which meant I was eligible I just took it as God let him reject me so I could get a phone from my own carrier
