Metro by T-Mobile is TRASH!! Poor coverage plus too many drop calls and many of their phones don’t respond when dialing buttons. It took at least a week for me to finally get back service after Hurricane Beryl. “No yada yada!”? Yeah right. That’s what Metro by T-Mobile is really about, yada yada, and not to mention, lies lies lies. The only thing good about it is that I get to make a payment extension

They need to support their system, you can't pay in cash because something always fails there, you can only pay by card. Despite that, the lady attends to you with cordiality.

There were 10 minutes left and they were already closed…
The worst thing is that they went inside and decided not to serve anyone else. I came to this store because the other one on Fairbanks and 290 was the same, it had been closed 15 minutes before. I immediately went to this other one and they also closed before time. How little seriousness and how little respect for clients' time. If you do not want to provide the service, you can close earlier BUT NOTIFY, CHANGE THE SCHEDULE AND NOTIFY IT ON SOCIAL NETWORKS because it is very annoying that they are so irresponsible.

I visited this location several weeks ago. Time to get an upgrade. My experience here with the associate, Rohdi, was amazing as he was professional, very proficient and kind. He answered my technical questions without making me feel inadequate concerning technology. He even gifted me with a special wall charger that does extra tasks. Thanks!I wholeheartedly recommend this location when he's the one behind the counter.

Terrible customer service…. Walked in at 7:45PM didn’t get welcomed, walked around looking at phones then finally the rep asks how she can help us… I tell her I need to activate lines.. she then tells me she’s only helping the 2 people ahead of me and that they’re closed…. Mind you they close at 8:10PM and I was kicked out basically at 7:59PM… wasted my time as she could’ve said something a long time ago! I used to work at T-Mobile and this would’ve been bad to see happen in my store, as a manager I would’ve written her up for that! That was ridiculous!

Do not buy a phone from that store. They sold me a defective Samsung Android that cost $120 dollars. I was told by Sonia that I or a family member could get a New phone due to the issue with the speaker that is static. On today my Sister was told by another person that it will take 3-5 days before I receive a phone. The employees lie, and do not Take responsibility for their products. Do not waste your money or time.
