Metro by T-Mobile is plus their prepaid company struggling to pay my bill painted late but I paid it and 10 days later service suspended again customer service person lied and say I was good until the 24th he said he gave me extra days service interrupted again on the 28th want me to pay $17 more saying I agreed to it didn't agree to nothing didn't have it I know I didn't have it so I know I didn't agree so every other customer service person that I talked to wanted to 17 dollars after they took my full payment of $48 on the 14th scammers the foreigners the answer the phones not even in America so they can do what they want

Never go to this place, I do not recommend it. They are going to be totally scammed. There are many phones that are completely free and they sell them. They force employees to do this because the commission is a pittance. There are several phone models that are free so you only have to pay for the plan + activation and tax. They are going to manipulate you and give you another price that is not. They will always put you on the most expensive plan and they will give you insurance and other things that you have not asked for. Because if they put you on the most expensive plan they give them a little more commission. Don't fall for this total scam! I'll give you an example. A phone is free, plus the $40 plan plus $25 activation is $65, they will sell it to you for $150 and if they manage to convince you, you will leave there with the most expensive plan and several things that you have not asked for, they will tell you what suits you giving away accessories but it's a lie because you already paid for them with the scam they did. And they will never, ever give you a refund for any reason, even if it has only been 10 seconds after purchasing it. They will never give you an invoice because they will tell you that the printer does not work or they will print you one that they have modified. They take advantage of people who speak Spanish. Be careful and do not delete this comment, I hope it helps manyPS: Don't be fooled by the good reviews, the same employees put them when they activate your phone, why do you think that the majority of positive reviews come from accounts that have only left 1 review in their entire life? Accidentally ran over my phone this was my closest store went in got the new samsung 23, the employees were fast, friendly and very helpful they had many options and spent way less than expected will definitely be coming back to get the rest of my family upgraded.
