I came in to pay my phone bill for $92 and was being accused of lying. The worst experience ever. They are reviewing the surveillance cameras to see if I had actually came up to the store and made a payment. Never coming to store location again. So she admits to entering a single digit wrong

This is the only metro by t-mobile I will go to. Shah helped me out a lot when I wanted to upgrade my phone. The most important thing to me when it comes to a business is customer service and this store has great customer service. I got the new revvl5g phone. It's an excellent phone for the price. For the price it has a lot of high end features. I would recommend this phone. The next time I need to upgrade, I will be going to Shahs store.
