The way the staff treated me was very rude and disrespectful . In this occasion that I went to this specific Metro store , there were two women there and the one I approached was very rude to me and looked at me as if she did not want me in the store . Her attitude and vibe was very rude . She told me she could not do what I asked AT ALL . She then proceeded to look at me with her poor attitude. I left and went to the other Metro PCS store closest to me.The people at the other store attempted to help me at least . 10/10 AWFUL SERVICE !

Very nice lady working there. She was polite and extremely helpful. On the other hand . This review is about METRO PC'S as the company. I pay my bill in a year advance...I paid 600.00 so I don't have to worry about the bill. My daughter's birthday is coming up soon and we went to purchase a new phone and case .. the store is saying that once you pay your money there is no way to get it back and or apply it towards something else ....NOW we all know this with Google Review....simple customer knowledge now ..
