IF I COULD Give This store a 0 I would . Last month I got an upgrade And for some reason Sam the girl with the face tattoo change my plan , told me before your month ends come back and I can change it back .well I went back today and mu bill went from me paying 25 dollars to 103 and she told me with a smirk in her face that she couldn't and she wouldn't do anything about it . She even game me her number last month and told me to call her once I wanted to do the change to my old plan I called her and she said her name wasn't Sam and she couldn't help me but it was her. She later told me to go to a different store bc she wasn't going to help me she even told me to change companys that she didn't care . Now I came down to another store and it took the sales rep less the 15 mins to fix my issue. SAM IS TRULY A SHADY PERSON DONT TRUST HER EVEN IF SHE PROMISE HEAVEN AND EARTH .

Purchased a phone on 9/12 and was refused a refund on 9/13.Store Representative Patricia and District Manager Sarah explained that the activation fee was non-refundable after 24 hours when the refund process explicitly states that you have 14 days for a refund on a newly activated device.Patricia processed the activation payment as a cash transaction and processed the device payment as a debit card transaction.The payment made in person was ONLY with a debit card.We spoke with a T-Mobile representative who explained in depth to both us and the staff that the 14 day complete refund applied to our specific purchase.Do not go to this store. They are unprofessional, not knowledgable, and are clearly running some sort of scam to prevent customers from receiving refunds when applicable.

Omg customer service here was awesome the girls help me a lot I had gone to another location and ask why my bill was high and they didn’t want to help me and here the girls help me and explain that they added tablets with out my consent last month

Store hours on door and website read open until 8pm, they were closed when we.went to pay a bill at 6:45pm. This is not the first time that we have had issues at this store, they lock the front door and ya have to wait until recognize by the clerk who is of all things looking down at their phone. This location is never busy so I'm sure it won't be long before it is closed and if so it is due to poor business practices.
