If I could give this store negative 50 stars I would!!I bought a phone from them and because of Metro, it would not work but I returned the phone, got my refund from the finance company but THIS STORE REFUSED TO GIVE MY REFUND!! The supervisor told me he would come the next day and give it to me but he just dodged my calls and texts. Worst store, the people do not know what they are doing. Multiple customers left angry because they were giving out incorrect information.DON'T GO HERE, GO DOWN THE STREET TO THE NEXT STORE!! They are helpful and knowledgeable and they DON'T STEAL FROM PEOPLE!!!

I have always come to pay my bill and today I wanted to make a change by sending a phone number to this company, the ones who were tending to it despite the arrogant and slow service for almost 5 hours and nothing they made me my change, the other one was playing with his phone number

If you’re looking to switch over to metro PCS by T-Mobile, this is the location to go to! Sal and Jennifer helped me pick out new phones for my husband and son with awesome deals and great prices! They were so friendly and professional. Overall, my experience was great and I would definitely recommend this store to my friends and family. Go on in and check them out!
