The young lady at the store 8/6/24 didn't know what she was doing and tried to pretend otherwise. She didn't know you can port from T-Mobile to metroPCS, she was mediocre in her friendliness, nice at first then poor at the end. You can be new, but also have better service and be humble and admit it when you don't know instead of guessing.

The owners are always courteous quick and reliable for the several years I have been doing business with them. I have to give 3 stars because of the lack of knowledge and rudeness of the young Hispanic girl that tends to the store while her superiors are away. In fairness she would get 0 stars and the owners would get 5 but it is overall...

A horrible experience. It doesn't matter how much of a loyal customer you are they will do anything to screw you over. I would never recommend Metro PCS they are only about themselves not about there customers satisfaction.
