I've been with them for 15 years. I was disappointed I was told that my # no longer exist & I couldn't get my # back .I'm disappointed but I will continue to keep my services with them. I will recommend to family and friends. Even though I'm not pleased at this point.

I've used Metro PCS for many years. I like them a lot. But, honestly, the newer manager (?) At this location has been the only odd example of poor customer service that I've experienced.
