I came here to get a cheap phone w a new line. They charged me $190. I called people I know who work at other metros and they said the phone I paid $119 for was actually free! I asked for a receipt and they charged me $134 in speakers. Went back and asked for a refund and they refunded me $134 back and I still had the phone and line !! Turns out they keep this money. It was a girl at this location don’t trust them unless you’re making a payment. They’re out here stealing from people. Always ask for a receipt!!!

This Store Should Be Shut Down The Employees Are Impulsive And Ignorant To What The Customer Really Want... They Don't Listen, They're Disgustingly Rude And Untrained. One Employee Was Musty As Hell . Whoever The Manager Is Needs To Be On Site To Control His Phone Scamming Employees

When I walked in and noticed it was no longer a corporate store, I should have walked out. Apparently the new owners sent employees unprepared and they the customers were hurt in the process. I was told I wasn’t charged $135 when I was. I paid for a phone I don’t have . The gentleman working called for help to another location and the young lady lied and said she was sure the charges would drop and I should borrow money from a friend until my transaction cleared.I went back with the expectation their system would drop the charges by today and purchased another phone with more money. I feel ripped off and angry because management should have been available to their team and they weren’t, so now I have to go sit through more excuses and pray they have someone there who remembers the transactions.

I don't know where to start. First they overcharge me for the price of the phone , them don't give me my pin of 8 # to make changes on my account and for the last they lie to me about how much I have to pay monthly. I'm going to cancel my number and try another company .

Honestly it seems Metro pcs is always top notch in customer service. This is a corporate store and my third visit. Everyone is so nice and plenty of staff to take care of you.

I went in yesterday to purchase an iPhone the lady was very nice and very helpful she tried everything that she could do to help me get a new iPhone.She went out of her way to get me in and out of the store. However they did not have any of the latest iPhones in at this location.I called a friend of mine at a different store and he told me what to do regarding my situation.He advised me to go to a corporate store to purchase an IPhone.

Get stuff done over here at their corporate place all these franchises make it so difficult to get a phone like it's almost a privilege to have a phone. My God paying these clowns $120 a month and they have to like ask you all these silly identification questions. At least at the corporate office, Lucy there knows her stuff, she helped get my phone turned on quick
