This store is horrible. Every 15 days I have to make my payment because they have been stealing my money. My line is suspended due to lack of service and I have been paying my Bill. Please, someone supervise this place??? I have talked to other people and they tell me the same thing about the person who works here. [It's Hindu] these people blatantly steal from customers.

Went to this location on sunday and spent a little bit over $400. The young lady was very nice and attentive.. Excellent customer service.Unfortunately my phone had some issues so I went back today and the guy did not let me finish explaining what was wrong with my phone he went to settings on my phone did a call to make sure it was ringing and told me to call 611..

If I can rate this place 0 stars I would, the new girl (never wants to give her name) both her and Joey are extremely rude. There is always new faces, I loved going to this place when Greg and Banesa always did a excellent job. I definitely do not plan on going back to this rudeness place, if you are a customer that likes to get treated with respect. Not yelled at etc, this is not the place for you. Maybe the owner or metropcs, should think about getting the old employees back to this location. If any one has the corporate number can you please, pass that information over I would greatly appreciate it.
