I wouldn’t recommend this place at all sometime around December I wanted to get an iPhone 16 plus but instead they gave me an iPhone 16 and overcharge me 1300 for it I needed another phone because my previous phone gave out. I went back and fourth with them and no help nothing but lies and issues with the people there. First the iPhone was 829.99regular price and I could have got the pro max for what they charged me for. Credit affirm company doesn’t want to help and they kiss metros ass so I’m stuck out paying for the phone I’m not happy with. The Indian guy screwed me royally and lied about pricing etc and I know he was lying to my face about it. They said they don’t charged interest of any kind. I will not come back to this store for anything don’t bother coming here. If I can leave zero stars I would.

They couldn’t even give a ballpark estimate of what I would pay to have WiFi very unprofessional the guy on the phone had the worst attitude. Don’t even bother going to this store.

I was trying to switch over from a different company and they were trying to force me to buy the screen protector and case. I would not recommend this location if you don't want to get scammed go somewhere else. Las mujeres que me atendieron me trataron de estafar con el protector de pantalla y forro de mi telefono, no recomiendo este lugar.

Typical scam, your promotion has nothing to do with reality, the manager at first treats you well after you pay, she doesn't want to face you, she made me pay more and didn't want to give me invoices or receipts for what was paid, at the same time The next day I went to complain and he did not want to show his face due to supposedly lack of system. Pure deception and telephone manipulation that were free for changing companies, in the end they charge you and they take away taxes and do not give an invoice.
