On this day I came in to pay a bill I Say I waited for about 5 minutes until I ask this lovely lady if she worked there she stated yess I doo I'm putting up stuff....so I stated it's 2 computers do you not have a sign in to take customers payments so they can pay there bill she stated he's going to help you....ok so another 10 minutes had past the guy was still helping another customer so I said....let me go get my phone so I can do a Google review because this is not great customer service the lady called the police on me because I took a picture ..they was very rude and disrespectful and I hope management see how trashy they building looks on the inside .....

These guys lie to sale products is predatory in nature I have 3 phone lines with them plus Internet I was told if I add another phone that my bill will drop to 150 they lied now my phone bill is almost 220 bucks, I'm calling BBB

They told me it was close but it wasn't and the guy that was helping was really rude to me and customer honest he should be fired terrible customer and terrible attitude.

This store is the only store that actually opens on time in fact before time. Zo and Ali are 2 of the best and most knowledgeable guys I have came across. They take their time to explain everything and help you with all your needs unlike other stores where when they get your money you can’t seem to get anymore help. Thank you guys for everything you rreally deserve a raise.

Moe needs to realize when he's at work he should be professional. As soon as I entered the store he states "Welcome to popeyes, I said excuse me, Oh no I wasnt talking to you" WTH and then states I know you like chicken " What the hell does chicken has to do with cell phone service. Thanks for the phone charger but he's VERY IGNORANT!!!! And I did tell him so.
