At every job I've ever had, I'm supposed to work until close. I went WAY out of my way to get there to pay my bill,but because I had cash, and because they "already took deposits", and it was 12 minutes to closing time, I had to figure out a way to pay over the phone. It was several extra steps for me to have to do that since it was the deadline. Their attitude about it was terrible. This location needs better people, and the other one I signed up with did some shady stuff when I added a line. I don't entirely trust this place

They received my replacement phone and Hugo.... first lied and said he needed to check with the manager. Walked to the back office and then he decided he was the manager when I asked to see the manager. This is the worst service I have experienced since I have bee with t-mobile since 2006. Yet he woilx take a photo of someone's ID to verify who they were. I will rate a bad review everyday until I receive my phone....

Worst customer service anyone can ever experience untrustworthy lot about the services it is so much more it is too much to really go through I pray someone really looks at both places they will end up losing a lot more customers including myself.
