The girl there on 09/04/2022 does not know what she is doing, and she is very RUDE VERY RUDE !!!! for it being my 1st time with metro i am very disappointed with the service she provided to me , she was not helpful or explanatory with it being my 1st service transfer.I will not be not with this company for long. She charged me about 175.00 for a new phone as a transfer ! which is not right at all. she over charged me. VERY UNSATISFIED !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. I went there at 7:30 and the sign says they close at 8pm. The door was locked and the associate said they were closed. As I left I saw her let in 2 guys. Really?! That's not right! I call racism cause I'm black and they were all Hispanic! It's not right at all! I want the corporate office to know how customers like myself are treated at this location!!!
