Good customer service good deal on a new phone and line

In fondren ,I connected my line together with my wife's line and added a new line for the child, verbally they told me certain amounts and conditions and in practice they still continued to charge me and my wife, meaning we paid double, we came to the branch to explain that there were charges here and they said that there was no mistake and that is what was written With them on the computer, I did not receive any reference in the transaction I made, nor did they send me a container, sales people cheated us!

Came in to pay my bill, there's 2 employees and a line, seems one just enjoys standing around pretending to be busy just not to help customers. Other locations always ask upon entering if anyone is paying a bill and help them be in and out, this location didn't even bother to ask what was needed.

Stopped by for a new phone and i was just trying to see what different phones they had so a sales associate asks me if i needed help to which i said i just needed some time to check out the phones, not even a minute goes by and the other guy comes up to me askin the same thing. Like bro cant i just do my thing and see the phones? He just stood in front of me not actually helping or askin what my current phone was or askin what type of phone im interested in. I was the only customer there and yall treated me as if i was gonna steal something.
