Not sure if Loraine gave me all the help she could all she wanted to do was show me phones didn't know any answers to any of my questions, I'll be going to the W Fuquae location from now on .

Melissa, the manager at the store, has helped me out tremendously and I do business at this location knowing she can handle any problems I may have. She goes so much above her job requirements and she's been awesome. Y'all need more folks like Melissa and she needs a bonus and a vacation!

Had the worst experience I have ever had in my life in this store. The caliber of employees they have at this location are classless and unprofessional, including the manager who I interacted with. As a paying customer I have never been so ridiculed and insulted. They were all so very rude. I will not be returning to this store ever again! I am used to dealing with professional individuals in my business dealings, but coming to this store was a reminder why I should just deal with major phone cell companies who employ people who will remain calm at all times and understand the true meaning of customer service. The manager at the store needs to be fired the way she spoke to me. I will not be returning. If you purchase a phone here, please make sure you read the return policy and make sure they give you a receipt in a language you can comprehend. I was given a receipt in Spanish and I don't communicate in Spanish. Don't come to this store. There are so many others in the Houston area that can be professional and provide way better customer service.

Horrible customer service wife went in today to activate new phone they messed it up so my daughter went back and 1 lady was throwing up coughing not available to help. They ended up going to another store and was charged to correct they’re mess up. Will not be goin there again.???

Metro says on their website they don't close til 8 pm, it's also listed as their closing time on their door yet I went to the store at 7:40 pm and the doors are locked, nobody is behind the counter, they're CLOSED... if you don't close at 8 pm you should put that on your store hours vs lying to customers
