Sam was so patient with us new phone and start and old flip phone the service was disconnected because the the auto pay card expired. My Aunt is 95 years old and hard of hearing. Sam got everything taken care of and we were on our way! By Sunday morning my Aunt had locked up one phone and disabled the flip phone. We were happy to patient Sam was on duty. Thank you SAM your patience and understanding patient support was very much appreciated!

I loved it! The store person was super friendly and helpful and there were multiple people there, he was the only 1 and did great. He had me laughing! He helped me with headphones and ordered the kind I really wanted so I will definitely be going back!

I went into metro pcs to have my carrier transfered from att to metro pcs, I left with my phone making an unnecessary noise after Janet lost my Att sim card.. Come to find out its lodged in my phone now. I know full well how my phone works and she must've put the sim card in my phone by itself because the bracket that holds the sim card inserts with no trouble, she inserted the sim without the bracket.. Its the only way it could be lodged in my phone, I've removed my sim card multiple times to take it apart for repair and not once has this ever happened to me.. She had me and my brother looking for the sim card behind the counter, we looked everywhere while on hold with att. I was nervous having to lie to the att lady about what we were doing on hold for so long literally so I she wouldn't have to tell the att lady she lost the sim card.. I left the store to drop off my brother and returned to see if there was anything she could do to have the sim card removed. She told me to go to Harwin to have the phone fixed on my dollar and also proceeded to tell me that there might be damage to my screen over time as well as there was nothing they could do to help. I already replaced the screen which was 180 dollars just for the screen. Now I have to go out of my way just to get this noise fixed when my phone didn't have any noises when I came in.
