I high don’t recommend this store or the lady Giselle … she is very disrespectful and rude and I bought a phone didn’t give me the receipt and I realize that she overcharged us for a phone ..she’s a thieves and she gave me no accessories. She sold me a phone for me and my grandma android phones and I highly don’t recommend this person or this store. She is ripping people off including my elderly grandmother they shouldn’t take advantage of people that are vulnerable so this person needs liable for her unprofessional behavior I went back to ask her for a refund and she kick me out of the store!!! She Told there was no refunds !! It’s only been a week !! She pocket my hard earned money!! Don’t go to her she will overcharge you and pocket your money!!! I’m going report her to BBB if I don’t get my money back!!

I went to this metro and bought a iPhone 15 pro max and a iPhone 13 later it turned out when I got the iPhones they were used I tried to get a refund and they said no do not recommend

Worst place to buy a phone i came here a few days ago to purchase my first iPhone and I wasn't sure which I wanted so the guy (RYAN) sold me the phone by lease with smartpay he kept insisting me to buy a phone case & screen protector which (I DIDN'T WANT) at the moment cause I had very few money with me but since he told me that it was okay that they were gonna charge me later I was like okay fine. So I wasn't much satisfied with the phone I wanted the iPhone 14 Plus so I went the next day the only one there was a lady (GISEL) I told her my situation and she was there when the guy sold me the phone that day I told her that I wanted to return it for another iPhone which I was willing to pay and she's was like no you can't cause you did the upgrade policy mind you I didn't know cause they guy didn't explain so I was mad i called smart pay infront of her and they were willing to help me while the lady seemed ANNOYED and say she couldn't do nothing, the next day I go to my metro pcs app to see more about my bills and they doubled my price cause of the (PHONE CASE & SCREEN PROTECTOR) which I was not happy about so I went to a different location to see if they could help and the lady there was nice but since the location was different she couldn't help me so I went back to the store again and the same lady (GISEL) she was like no I can't help u but here is the stores policy she also said you can take a picture if you dont know which was very RUDE of her making me feel as if i was stupid or something and so I'm like okay I canceled the smartpay lease and I'm returning the phone back can i please have my refund back cause you guys are over charging way to much which was 63$ & 137.77$ that I payed that day when I bought it and she's like no I'm sorry we can't do that and she was calling the (RYAN) guy im guessing cause he is the manager but they said NO. Which what they did to me is against the policy which also says you have 14 days to return the phone if your not 100% satisfied and mind you it was only 2 days and the phone was in good conditions unfortunately now I lost my 137.77$ & 63$ extra (PLEASE DO NOT BUY A PHONE HERE THEY ARE SCAMING YOU THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY) Also heads up once you walk to that store it smells like MARIJUANA which is also very UNPROFESSIONAL.

My phone payment was due 2 days off . I went to the store and the lady was charging me an extra 25 dollar ,reactivation fee. It's amazing I called metro pcs infront of her and told her what she was doing was not correct. I suggest no one goes there they over charge and pocket the money. I ended up paying over the phone 25 dollars and at the store was going to be 72 dollars . That is highway robbery.
