This is the best experience in metro by Tmobile store. The store smell so good and looks very nice. The lady is very helpful and nice, i think she is the manager Arlene, she help me with my google account and all my information, keep doing what you do Arlene ?.

I just went with my grandpa to make a payment and as soon as we walked in they immediately told us they had no internet to make my payment . I’ve gone to this metro multiple times and I always get told the same thing . They are very rude to everyone , I would really like corporate to check this and make something happen .

Excellent customer service! My daughter cracked her screen on the phone. I saved 55.00 off of a new phone. Norma was awesome. The transition was smooth!
