TRASH! This store needs to be closed forever because of unprofessional employees especially The store manager is a very rude person he needs to learn some respect and he needs to take few classes of good behavior they have horrible customer service The people in this store are big scammers! They make changes in my metro account without checking my identity and without my consent which is illegal and against the metro network policy hopefully metro network pays attention to these points otherwise they will lose their customers because of the manager and bad employees If I could I would give 0 star I do not recommend this store at all

0 star, I bought a Samsung for 400 dollars and it turns out that the phone is useless, it doesn't last at all, the battery lasted longer than the one I had for less than 100 dollars, I went to the store if they could exchange me for another one that was the same but the man was offering me other ones 100 dollars or less and we forgot the 300 dollars? He told me that we don't have the other one, I was asking him that they had to give me another one just like it if it doesn't work it's their fault and that I had to pay for this or that for a cheaper one From there I told him no, I'd better stick with this one that lasts an hour of charging than having to give them more money and I told him I'd better pay my three lines for a family plan and he tells me it's 180. I ask him why he tells me why not anymore. There is a family plan and they didn't want to help me, I left, I went to another one, the line was 180, I tell you why and you tell me that you have how many lines it is when I bought the phone with a new number, they didn't deactivate my old number, now they want me to pay them That amount was their mistake because they didn't get their act together, but if a four-line family plan was 100 dollars, before I had a two-line plan I paid 65 and now for a four-line family plan it's 180. I don't understand. We've been with their company for more than 5 years. service and now I will have to change

Went to get my girls a new phone and I don't think my provider knew what he was doing an messed my plan up so very upset so hopefully customer service can fix it an I explained to him 3 times not to mess with my family plan so not happy with the service but he was very respectful I'll give him that not a good salesperson as far as phone plans!

First I purchased a tablet here and it says no SIM card I have not been able to use it 2 months now and paying , I finally have time to come in and this is the worst customer service I've experienced, first she tells me to wait in line as she takes other customers before me that came in after me ,I guess they favor the Hispanic customers, I am jus goin to change my service after this.

To the person in charge here it's very rude person all the time is super rude, I already paid my phone off he wants me to stay here for more than 6 months to unlocked my phone which is already paid off,
They take advantage of Latin people by charging them a few months more than they should pay, and that's what they did with me. They always say they are going to change and they don't change anything.
