The people in this place are big scammers!!! If I could give this a zero review a will cause that’s what it deserves.They lied about stupid stuff that your phone don’t even have so they can get extra money from you!I went there so they could help me with my phone that was having some internet problems and they end up lying to me that it had a virus and that a needed to pay for it to work properly which didn’t make any sense because the phone was saying the internet was unstable.I did pay $50 for them to fix it and they act like they did something I checked my phone again and it wasn’t working still so I call customer service and told me that they didn’t have to charge anything at all because the phone only had an unstable connection which I could fixed my self I went back to get the money back because they lied to me they end up giving me the money cause they knew what they were doing could get them in trouble the thing is that they are still working there lying to their customers

Just got most excellent customer service from Ruby and Alex at the Bellaire and Cook location. Ruby took the time to contact customer service, remain on the line until my issue was resolved. She also took notes for me. Been coming here 3 years and always top notch service. They deserve 10 stars and a raise!!!!
