I went to this store and I was trynna buy some headphones first of all this dude khan said those AirPods were good quality and they work good then I bought them and when I open them they were all bad quality and one of them don’t even work i went back to get a refound and they say they can’t do nothing about it and that I already opened them and they don’t do refounds this dude khan was so rude with me and the lady too also those AirPods were expensive 70 dollars for something that don’t even work , the next day I went to pay ma line then this other lady trynna overcharge me ma line was 55 and she trynna charge me 80 and I explain to her that ma bill it’s 55 so I call customer service and they charged me 55 for it , a good recommendation it’s don’t go here they are scamming people and they rude and their customer service it’s the worse I would never come back here

in this store they do fraud always check your ticket The way they do it so you don't notice is: They give you a price at the beginning and they already include what they charge you more so you don't notice any change in the final sale. in my case it was the charge for a tablet

I just got new devices and it clearly states returns allowed without use of warranty within 14 days of purchase. I had the device 4 DAYS and decided I don't like it and returned it to get the phone I should of got in the first place. I was on the phone with customer service for an hour, and they said they have to honor the return. Then they said (in store) I had to buy a new phone at full price. I asked why they can't apply what was already paid and I would pay the difference for the better phone. Plus the phone I had wouldn't even charge. Kept trying to give me a refurbished phone. This is my first bad experience with them and I'm disappointed that I had to cancel my service with them all behind a raggedy phone when all they had to do was let me purchase the phone I wanted.

Staff is very rude and unpleasant to work with. I recommend the one by Orlando St infront of Festa, staff is very friendly and essay to work with. Even with the longer drive I'll take Orlando St hands down.

So far best place i been to they are nice and even tho i forget alot of things because im always arguing or looking around for my kids they are nice enough to wait and answer all my questions i may get a bit awkward when i try to remember what to ask or what to say but they just wait they might think in their heads goddam lady hurry but they are nice lol and i love that they help me in whatever i need just cool peeps all around 😊
