I had a very bad experience in this store with Scarlet a girl with glasses im not sure if thats even her name because she did not have a name tag. I went to get home internet & i did my research before going there. She was charging me an extra $70. I was very confused. & i started asking questions. Thats where she became rude & sacastic & got mad when i asked to see my account. So unprofessional. I asked who her ASR is & she didnt know the answer. So she asked her coworker. & He said Terry. I really want to speak to Terry about this situation. Is not fair that she wants to keep that extra money. If she did this with me i cannot imagine for other people specially people that are very naive. So i went to another metro store & i easily got the home internet & a tablet. For wayyyy less than i was told at this location. It was actually what i had calculated because like i said i had done my research before coming here. So i Do Not recomment this place.

I visited the store twice to make my payment but they always tell me that there is no system and they only take my payment if I purchase a phone or other device

I went in to get my screen protector replaced and they so happened to can't find lifetime insurance on it they clearly just refused to help me, even though I'm a customer I highly recommend people not even waist there time. Just refusing service and acting like they couldn't find my file.

Great customer service, they even give you a free water in this heat. I had messages in my phone that needed to be recovered and they did that from my old phone to my new phone.
