So I have been a customer with metro for years and have upgraded my phone multiple times. It’s always affordable and reasonably priced. I went in for an upgrade today and she said the only possible option was for me to buy a new phone. It was $400. I paid then (in store) called the owner of our family plan and she told me that wasn’t a good idea. Get a refund. So I asked for a refund and she said they can’t do refunds so she had to send a photo of my credit card to a GROUP CHAT to ppl in India so he can refund me remotely ???? but if that’s my only option, I went with it and she called this guy and they were saying rude things about me on speaker phone to my face so. Then he told her told her to get a picture of me. Idk man. Don’t go here I guess.

This store is the worst. I bought a phone that came with defects and called 611 where they told me to go to the store to return the phone and for that store to return my money and they refused to receive the phone all the time and did not want to return my money even though The 611 center told me that it was my right to receive my money. This store does not recognize any guarantee. Be very careful
