I sent one of my employees to buy two phones, transfer one of my T-Mobile lines to Metro and possibly getting all of my business lines transferred over. The woman who was helping my employee was extremely rude. I was trying to explain to her exactly what I needed to do. She was very short on the phone and was talking over me. I have never been treated this way in any phone companies. I explained that I knew what I had do regarding my T-Mobile transfer and she literally answered ok then what do you need? Without her letting me put in a word and giving the phone back to my employee. There are many other stores that do the same, I advise you go somewhere else. If they don't take care of someone with 9 lines to transfer, I can imagine how they treat everyone else.

Store closes early went at 7:30 they were locking the doors won't bother coming to this location again
